In September 1994, Professor Dong graduated from Beijing Jiaotong University, majoring in information and communication systems, and got a Ph.D Degree. Between 1997.3 and 1998.3, Professor Dong studied in the Department of Intelligent Transportation, University of California, Berkeley (UC Berkeley). At present, he is the member of Shanghai Railway Association, a member of IEEE, senior member of China Communication Association, and Director of Communication Institute, and Director of Shanghai Logistics Association. Professor Dong is entitled as a Youth Science and Technology Talent of the Railways Ministry, and enjoys special government allowances. Professor Dong also works as a Deputy Director of Ministry of Rail Transportation and Engineering. Professor has interests in the technology and application of intelligent control, communication and signal control system in urban rail transit, information communication theory and system, transport system equipment management and quality assessment and system integration technology.
In 2003, Professor Ou got a Ph.D degree of Tongji University, majoring in Traffic Information Engineering and Control. Between 2007 and 2008, Professor Ou worked as a visiting researcher at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Zurich University. Between 2001 and 2002, Professor worked as a research associate in Hong Kong City University. At present, Professor Ou is a deputy director of Department of Comprehensive Traffic Information and Control Engineering, and also works as a part-time guiding member of Transportation and Engineering Discipline Teaching Committee and Rail Transportation and Engineering Teaching Group Committee. Professor Ou has also won the Honorary Title of Outstanding Young Teachers in Shanghai, and engaged in rail transit operation control system, train-ground wireless communication system, track critical equipment research and development and scientific research work in safety and reliability analysis. Until now, Professor Ou has been engaged with one National "863" Project, three National Science and Technology Supporting Plans. Professor Ou has been responsible for one National Natural Science Fund Project, and been a coauthor of two National Natural Science Fund Projects. Furthermore, Professor Ou participates in 10 Scientific Research Projects of Shanghai and The ministry of Railways. Until now, Professor Ou has applied 8 patents, published more than 30 papers of SCI and EI index, and written four books, one of which is National Planning Academic Book. Her key research work, named Urban Rail Transit Network Key Equipment And Security The Independent Research and Development And Application Of Real-Time Embedded Operating System wins the first prize of Shanghai Science and Technology Progress.
In June 2011, Dr. Huang graduated from Tongji university, and got a Ph.D Degree. From September 2011 to March 2014, he worked as Post-Doctor in Mobile Station of Computer Science and Technology in Tongji university. Dr. Huang is a member of China Electro-technical Society. In March 2014, Dr. Huang started working in the Department of Comprehensive Transportation Engineering and Control in Tongji University. Dr. Huang has participated in Supporting Projects of the National Science and Technology, and Enterprise Innovation Projects funded and supported by Ministry of Science and Technology. Up until now, Dr. Huang has published more than 70 papers, among which 10 papers are EI indexed. He has applied 44 Invention Patents, among which 13 patents have been authorized. His main researches include Information Security and Reliability in Rail Transit System.
Professor Liu has got a Bachelor Degree in lanzhou University, majoring in Electronic Information Science and Technology, and got a Master Degree, majoring in Computer Application Technology, and got a Ph.D Degree in Tokyo university, majoring in Technology Computer Science and Engineering. He has published nearly hundred academic SCI/EI/ISTP papers in International Journals, such as IEEE proceedings of International Conference Proceedings. His main researches includes civil aviation wide-area information management system of construction technology, large-scale information system constructing and evaluation technique, network information integration and evaluation technology, reliability, network building and evaluation technology and scattered self-discipline system.
Professor Xue is a double academician, an expert in infrared and remote sensing technology, and a member of Chinese Academy of Science. Professor Xue was born in January 1937, Zhangjiagang City, jiangsu Province. After graduating from East China Normal University in 1959, he was allocated to Shanghai Institute of Electronics and Shanghai Institute of Technical Physics. He worked as a former Deputy Director of the Laboratory, and Director and Deputy Director of the Academic Committee. At present, he works as a researcher, a chief engineer, and a doctoral supervisor. Previously, he worked as a Director of the China Space Science Association Professional Committee of Remote Sensing. In Shanghai Institute of Technology and Physics, he has been engaged in the study of spectroscopy and imaging technologies, and during this period he studied abroad for cooperation to establish the airborne remote sensing system. Professor Xue provides a variety of advanced means of remote sensing, and promotes the application of remote sensing technology in China. He has successfully developed multispectral scanner, imaging spectrometer, hyperspectral imager, applied in aviation remote sensor, hydrology, geology, archaeology. Environmental pollution application has obtained the remarkable results, and opens up a new three-dimensional imaging remote sensing technology, and put forwards l scan spectrum imaging and laser scanning range integration. Professor Xue won the third prize of National Scientific And Technological Progress. In 2004, he won the "He Liang Fund Progress Prize in Science and Technology". In November, 2015, Professor Xue achieves photoelectric remote sensing science publicity and popularization of application.
The rapid development of rail transit and the strategy of "going out": Rail Transit for Independent innovation of science and technology is the National Implementation Strategy of "Innovation Driven Development", supporting "Regional Economic Integration", "All Areas", "Manufacturing Power" and "Going Out" Strategy.
"Heavy Equipment Light System" is difficult to be used in full lifecycle management study of modern rail transit system. The complex system of system equipment has been put much attention from all walks of life. All kinds of technical and quality systems are applied to to ensure the safety and reliability of the equipment. Actual high-speed train operation is a very complicated system, and can be regarded as 6M system (Mission, Man, Machine, Management Media, Message), thus increasing the operational complexity, and overtakes complex system.
"Heavy Light Manufacturing Operations" is difficult to be used in full lifecycle management of modern rail transit system. The complex system of system equipment should be manufactured in accordance with the quality management system for quality control of the manufacturing process, including the key equipment for independent third-party safety evaluation, such as Germany Rhine TUV, for the safe operation of the rail transit system to provide qualified system equipment. Currently, we should form people to focus on manufacturing quality control and safety equipment system, the quality of equipment system using subsequent operations management. The lack of rail transit equipment system and operational management quality guarantees system and evaluation system via means of support. Complex high-speed railway and urban rail transit system will face a potential safety hazard.
"Heavy Equipment Data Light System" is difficult to be used in the total life cycle of modern rail transit system management. With the development of rail transit system and intelligence information requirements, lots of system equipment have the information and intelligent function, running state and fault information. The system itself has abilities of collection, analysis, processing and monitoring, thus forming the basis of independent agent and independent data. But they are only targeted for their own equipment system and for the realization of local intelligence ability. But there is a lack of researches on the overall importance and 6M model.
There are several rail-transit-related typical accidents. Under the information environment, complex operational key system need be based on 6M-based big system according to system data in order to manage the quality system and the assessment system and supporting method. Effective system should be designed for the key high-speed train operation system in order to ensure the safe operation of the high-speed rail system.
To sum up, the team aims at solving "heavy equipment light system", "heavy light manufacturing operations", "heavy equipment data light system data" problem. The modern intelligent control and security, and rail transit equipment operational management quality are regarded as key research objects. The work will be done from related basic theory and technology research and application technology, combined with other modes of transport demand, expand application technology researches.

The team has won 3 second prizes and 2 third prizes of National Scientific and Technological Progress, 2 third prizes and 2 third prizes of Shanghai Science and Technology Progress, 1 special prize, 3 first prizes, 4 second prizes in Natural Sciences of Chinese Academy of Sciences, and 8 invention patents. The team has published more than 100 papers, including 20 SCI papers, and 40 EI papers.
1: Basic Theory and Technology Researches: to preliminarily form the supporting system of modern rail transit intelligent control and security; to publish 6 high-quality papers per year, at least one SCI paper.
2: Researches on application technology and application: Combined with major requirements, the work conducts relevant application-based researches, and applies for at least one National Project, at least one Provincial Project, at least one other related project, at least one International Cooperation Project with more than 2 patents and at least 1 transferred patent.
3 Talent cultivation: To educate at least one international post-doctor and at least one international student.
4 International exchange opportunities: to hold at least one International Conference, to deliver at least 2 academic reports in International Conferences, and organize at least 10 international academic exchange programs.
