马万经教授牵头项目获上海市科技进步一等奖

2021525日,2020年度上海市科学技术奖公布,隆重表彰为上海科技事业和现代化建设作出突出贡献的科技工作者。马万经教授主持完成的《大城市地面公交精准服务与高效管控关键技术及应用》荣获2020年度上海市科技进步一等奖。

 

大城市地面公交精准服务与高效管控关键技术及应用


该项目由上海电科智能系统股份有限公司牵头,同济大学、上海市城乡建设和交通发展研究院、交通运输部科学研究院、上海久事公共交通集团有限公司、上海市政工程设计研究总院(集团)有限公司、上海市交通发展研究中心等共同参与。

 

我国拥有全球最复杂、最庞大的地面公交系统,每天服务1.2亿人次,是大城市居民基本出行和城市功能正常运转的基础支撑。然而,地面公交系统供需匹配性弱、可靠性差、运行效率低等问题突出,提高服务与运营管控的智能化水平是一种源头性、可持续的科学治理途径。但国际上缺乏适用于我国大城市公交需求分布广、客流强度大、网络复杂、道路资源紧张等特征的系统性研究成果。

 

在国家863计划、自然科学基金等持续支持下,项目历经12年产学研联合攻关,面向公交需求辨识-网络优化-调度管理-运行控制四个层面,提出了公交客流精准溯源与出行画像技术、建立了数据驱动的公交服务自动诊断与网络优化技术及系统、形成了公交运行状态预报与智能调度技术及系统、发明了公交优先通行协同管控技术与装备,系统性地攻克了以精准服务和高效管控为核心的地面公交智能化成套技术、系统和装备。

The project led by Prof. Wanjing Ma won the first prize of 2020 Shanghai Science and Technology Award

 

On May 25, 2021, the 2020 Shanghai Science and Technology Award was announced. The scientific and technological workers who have made outstanding contributions to the cause of science and technology and the modernization of Shanghai were solemnly commended. Professor Wanjing Ma presided over and completed the "Key Technology and Application of Precision Service and Efficient Management and Control of Urban Public Transportation"and won the first prize of the 2020 Shanghai Science and Technology Award.

 

The project is led by Shanghai Dianke Intelligent System Co., Ltd. and jointly participated by Tongji University, Shanghai Institute of Urban Rural Construction and Transportation Development, Sciences Academy of Ministry of Transport, Shanghai Jiushi Public Transport Group Co.,Ltd., Shanghai Municipal Engineering Design and Research Institute (Group) Co.,Ltd. and Shanghai Transportation Development Research Center.

 

China has the most complex and huge ground bus system in the world, serving 120 million people every day, which is the basic support for the basic travel of urban residents and the normal operation of urban functions. However, the problems of weak matching between supply and demand, poor reliability and low operation efficiency of the ground bus system are prominent. Improving the intelligent level of service and operation management is a source and sustainable scientific governance way. However,there is a lack of systematic research results applicable to the characteristics of large cities in China, such as wide distribution of public transport demand,high passenger flow intensity, complex network, and shortage of road resources.

 

With the continuous support of the National 863 program and the natural science foundation, the project has gone through 12 years of joint research by industry, university and research. Facing the four levels of "demand identification, network optimization, scheduling management and operation control", the project has proposed the technology of accurate tracing and trip portrait of public transport passenger flow,established the technology and system of data-driven automatic diagnosis and network optimization of public transport service. The project established the system of data-driven automatic diagnosis and network optimization. It has formed the technology and system of bus operation state prediction and intelligent scheduling. The technology and equipment of bus priority collaborative management and control have been invented. The project systematically conquered the ground bus intelligent set of technology, system and equipment with accurate service and efficient management and control as the core.
