个人简介:
刘皓冰,1988年11月生,湖南邵东人。同济大学交通运输工程学院教授,博士生导师,美国佐治亚理工学院土木工程博士。长期致力于交通、能源与大气环境的交叉研究领域。刘教授发表SCI检索论文29篇,并在交通能源、环境分析,交通数理统计分析相关研究获美国交通部、能源部和环保署资助项目11项,其中主持8项。2020年,刘教授以该交叉研究方向入选中组部国家海外高层次青年人才计划。
刘皓冰教授团队注重理论联系实践,所开发的交通环境分析方法和平台已被业界广泛使用:主持开发的高性能机动车排放建模平台MOVES-Matrix已被来自美国、英国和新加坡等数十所高校、研究院和企业应用于大型交通网络排放建模。刘教授主持的机动车匝道行驶工况和排放特征研究成果已被美国环保署采纳,用于改进其官方排放系统MOVES。刘教授主持开发的GTA (GIS-To-AERMOD) “交通地理信息-排放扩散” 一体化系统,也将于2022年由美国联邦公路局 (FHWA) 官方发布。
刘皓冰教授团队目前的在研课题有交通系统碳排放数据底座和计算系统、交通与清洁能源融合、“交通-排放-污染扩散” 一体化建模和协同管控等。
