2016年获得美国仁斯利尔理工学院（RPI）交通工程博士学位。2016年至2017任RPI博士后研究员；2017年至2021年任美国纽约州立大学理工分校（SUNY POLY）终身制助理教授；2021年入职同济大学，任特聘研究员，博导。
主攻交通网络应急疏散，交通大数据，城市货运与人道物流等，发表论文30余篇，发明专利1项，曾获得美国运筹学和管理科学学会（INFORMS）颁发的科研奖Franz Edelman Finalist Award和美国土木工程师学会（ASCE）颁发的教学奖ExCEEd Teaching Workshop Fellowship。目前担任美国科学院交通研究委员（TRB）会委员（ADB45，ADB30，AEP40），世界交通大会「货运规划与物流管理」技术委员会委员等。
