施莉娟,女,交通运输规划与管理专业博士,交通运输自动化与控制专业硕士,硕士生导师。研究方向为综合交通信息化、轨道交通信号与控制、安全与可靠性理论与技术。美国威斯康辛大学麦迪逊分校土木学院访问学者。近期负责科技部十三五先进轨道交通专项“铁路网运营综合保障技术”的路网运营风险分析与动态调控理论研究,上海市“科技创新行动计划”科技合作项目“面向全生命周期的有轨电车运营调度管理系统的研发”,交通运输部的“长三角区域交通运输信息资源一体化服务”课题。曾全面参与了上海市智能交通系统的规划和建设,编制了十多项相关信息化建设标准,包括主持路政局信息化技术框架及大数据平台的规划建设及标准编制、浦东新区综合交通管理系统的规划建设和标准制定、上海市高速公路联网收费系统的规划建设和标准编制、上海市综合交通信息平台的规划建设;负责研究浙江省智慧交通发展规划、综合交通信息化标准体系研究项目、长三角综合交通信息资源共享业务协同研究;参与了上海市科委的上海国际旅游度假区科技创新集成示范专项、上海市“交通智慧出行信息服务战略联盟”、有轨电车运营调度后台系统协同控制等相关研究。
