In 1914, Civil Engineering School of Tongji University was established. At the same time the majors of road engineering and railway construction were set up. The centennial history of transportation engineering of Tongji University hereby started.

During the past hundred years, our college has cultivated thousands of excellent talents who have the courage to face difficulties and make contribution in their own fields.

Following the spirit of “rigorous and pragmatic working”, you made contributions to the transportation development.

Following the spirit of "sharing mutual concerns and self-discipline", you can provide selfless pay to promote our development, and you can also add honors to your alma mater.

The achievements of our college will accompany you in your growth.

One hundred years of Tongji University, one hundred years of College of Transportation Engineering. The new hundred-year journey has been on in the direction of being a sustainable world-class university. Our college is trying to take advantage of the Shanghai Gaofeng project, and progress towards the aim of being world first-class subjects.

To get that aim, we need the support of every alumnus. Maybe everyone has got different dream, but all of us have one common dream hoping our college has a better future.
