郭赟韬

郭赟韬，博士，同济大学交通运输工程学院副教授、研究员，中国交通研究院大数据实验室主任。主要从事交通系统智能化与可持续发展领域的研究，聚焦于以大模型和数据驱动的交通系统韧性机理、协同决策与动态调控理论，探索交通系统在复杂环境下的稳健运行与自适应演化规律。入选上海市高层次人才计划，主持和承担国家自然科学基金面上项目、国家重点研发计划项目、国家重点研发计划青年科学家项目、美国交通部项目等多项科研任务。研究致力于推动交通系统从传统规划向智能调度、从被动响应向主动调控转变，构建面向常态与非常态运行条件的高韧性交通运行体系与多目标优化决策框架；在复杂交通网络的资源配置、系统协同管控及基于大模型的自进化策略生成方面取得系统性成果。相关研究成果发表于 Transportation Research Part A/B/C/D/F、Sustainable Cities and Society 等国际权威期刊，多篇论文被列为高被引论文。曾获中国交通运输协会科学技术奖科技进步一等奖、美国交通研究委员会（TRB）最佳论文奖及 Journal of Infrastructure Systems 杰出审稿人等奖项。
