Principle Investigator:
1.Research on Regulation Mechanism of Trip Reservation Quota for Key Corridors (52172307), Sponsored by National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC),2022-2025.
This project is an innovation research on conception and setting of reservation lane or reservation expressway to mitigate or avoid the possible congestion of urban expressway, by using massive detective data (loop data, vehicular GPS data) and traffic flow theory.
2.Research on the influence mechanism of vehicle guidance information on lane changing behavior in weaving area of urban expressway (51178344). Sponsored by National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC),2012-2015.
This project focuses on the effect analysis of vehicle guidance information (both on-board information and road side information) on lane change behavior. By using loop detector data, video data, and driving simulating data, different scenarios are studied in order to draw the conclusions.
