Dr. Luo is currently an Associate Research Professor in the Department of Traffic Engineering, Tongji University. He is now the secretary of SIG F3 (Special Interest Group F3: Smart city, smart transport and Quality of life) of WCTRS (World Conference of Transport Research Society), focus on the. His research focuses on low carbon transport policy, assessment of built environment, quality of life assessment, big data application in urban, transport planning and mobility planning etc.
Dr. LUO obtained his Ph.D. degree from Nagoya university in 2013, he has lead lots of research project on quality of life, built environment assessment and big data and artificial intelligence (AI) application in transport and urban system. He also leads various transport and urban planning project.
He has published 20 academic articles including 18 journal publications, including more than 10 SCI indexed journal papers. He has been serving as the reviewer for a several of international journals.
