Haoran Wang, Associate Professor, has been selected for the National Postdoctoral Program for Innovative Talents, the Shanghai Sailing Program for Young Scientific and Technological Talents, and the Shanghai“Super Postdoctoral”Program. He has served as principal investigator for nine provincial-/ministerial-level or above research projects, including grants from the National Natural Science Foundation of China and key projects of the Ministry of Science and Technology. He has published more than 60 academic papers in leading journals such as Transportation Research Part C: Emerging Technologies and IEEE Transactions on Intelligent Transportation Systems, as well as top conferences including CVPR Findings and IEEE IROS. His work has received several recognitions, including the IEEE CCDC Outstanding Young Paper Award, the IEEE CVCI Outstanding Young Paper Nomination, and the Second Prize in the IEEE CVCI Electric Vehicle Energy-Saving Algorithm Challenge. He holds 17 granted invention patents and served as an editorial board member for the China Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE-China) white paper titled“Applications of Generative Artificial Intelligence in Autonomous Driving.”He has collaborated on multiple projects with leading companies such as SAIC, Chery, Geely, and Baidu. His research outcomes have received several awards, including the SAE International Excellence in Innovation Award (2nd contributor), the IEEE Intelligent Transportation Systems Society Outstanding Application Award (2nd contributor), the Second Prize of the Shanghai Science and Technology Progress Award, the First Prize of the China Highway Society Science and Technology Award, and the Second Prize of the SAE-China Science and Technology Progress Award.
