Born in Anhui Province, member of the Communist Party of China. Currently as an Associate Professor and Ph.D. Supervisor at the College of Transportation, Tongji University. Research focuses on applying complexed networks, machine learning, mathematical optimization, and simulation models to areas such as integrated transportation strategies and planning, governance of transportation service markets, modeling of travel activities and demand forecasting, optimization of multimodal complex transportation networks, and planning and techno-economic studies of maglev transportation systems.
Has led two National Natural Science Foundation of China projects, one Shanghai Natural Science Foundation project, one Shanghai Pujiang Talent Program project, one Ministry of Transport’s Transportation Power Strategy research project, one National Railway Administration research project, one Tongji University Outstanding Young Talent Program project, and one Tongji University Key Laboratory project under the Ministry of Education.
As project leader, completed practical projects in cities such as Shanghai, Shenzhen, Chengdu, and Changsha, including intelligent connected vehicle innovation and development planning, smart transportation system strategic planning, urban integrated transportation planning, public transportation development strategies, transportation simulation modeling, and travel service pricing.
Contributed to policy consultation, with multiple policy recommendations receiving approval from national ministerial-level or higher leadership. Serves as a youth committee member of the editorial board of Urban Rail Transit Research and a member of the Transportation Planning Committee of the 8th Council of the Shanghai Highway Society.
